We hope that you will be able to find what you are looking for!

We are in the process of re-organising our website. If you can’t find what you are looking for, please contact the school. Whilst we are waiting for a new tab to be added to the website, you will find information about Sports Premium and Pupil Premium in the policies folder.

We are two small rural Church of England Primary Academies situated in beautiful Norfolk. The two schools: Rudham and Weasenham Federated in 2011, prior to this we were working in Partnership.  On 1st June 2016 both schools became an Academy, joining the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust, DNEAT. Being Federated and an Academy means that we are able to build on our strengths and experiences in the classroom, alongside leadership and governance to create a richer and better quality learning experience for all our children.

We are proud to be Church of England Academies, closely affiliated with the Diocese of Norwich. This provides us with a rich ethos embedded within Christian values which shapes the whole of school life.

Our curriculum is creative, well balanced and topic based.  We want every child in our Federation to have a happy, safe and inspirational engagement with education. We are passionate that every child enjoys the best opportunities to widen their aspirations, develop and stretch their abilities whilst nurturing their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. Our children are expected to do their best whilst taking pride in their education.

Over the academic year of 2018-19 we have revisited our Federation vision – linking it to the new SIAMS framework. The vision was created and has been shared across our Federation. Considering the rural nature of our Federation we decided to use the Parable of the Sower – using the phrase ‘The Seed is the Word of God’ from Luke: 8-11. Each academy can up with their own vision.

Rudham’s –

We aspire to sow the

seeds to allow children to flourish through the field of life and create

generous, spirited, lifelong learners’.

Weasenham’s –

By sowing the seeds of resilience and aspirations,

children are embraced by the small school community, to develop

dignity and wisdom in order to flourish through the field of life’.

From the work carried out – we have also changed our strap line. As a Federation we truly believe that we are ‘Enabling our children to flourish through the field of life’.

If you are interested in sending your child/children to one of our schools please contact Mrs Jenkinson at Rudham on 01485 528230 or Mrs Odell at Weasenham on 01328 838365. We would welcome you to either of the schools to view our day to day activities.
